Sponsor/Vendor/Guest Liability Waiver and Release

As a participating sponsor, vendor or guest at the Legacy of Love: Awareness. Action. Hope.

event, I agree to the following:

I acknowledge that participation is voluntary and may involve certain risks.

I assume full responsibility for any injury, illness, loss, theft, or damage to myself, my

employees, or my property during the event.

I hereby release and hold harmless Legacy Army Financial Group, Campbell Medical Park

HOA, and their officers, employees, agents, volunteers, and representatives from any

claims, liabilities, or damages that may arise out of participation in the event.

I am responsible for complying with all event rules, setup and takedown requirements, and

any applicable laws or regulations.

I grant permission for event photography and video that may include my business name,

logo, or likeness for promotional purposes.

By registering as a sponsor, vendor, or guest, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to this

waiver.
